OUR MEDIA LIMITED

1. The Promoter is Our Media Limited (company number 05715415) a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered address is at Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST.

2. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s and prize suppliers employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.

3.    The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 31 January 2025. 

4.    By entering the promotion, the participants agree:

• to be bound by these terms and conditions; and
• that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.

5.    Entrants should enter by answering the question found at https://www.cruise-collective.com/competition/win-a-6-day-norway-coastal-voyage-with-hurtigruten.  Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.

6.    Entrants must supply to Our Media Limited their name and email address.  The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Our Media Privacy Policy (https://policies.ourmedia.co.uk/privacy-policy/).   

7.    Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry.  Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted. 

8.    Prize description:

• One winner will receive a 6-day Coastal Express Voyage (South) for two people, traveling together, aboard Hurtigruten’s Coastal Express. Full details of the itinerary can be found here.

Prize is valid for departures between:

• 1st April – 31st May 2025
• 1st – 31st September 2025

The prize includes:

• Accommodation in an Polar inside cabin for two people (based on two people sharing, double or twin singles).
• Up to 50 kg of luggage per passenger 
• Full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the voyage.
• Unlimited tea and black filter coffee.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Access to the Coastal Experience Team and daily themed lectures

The prize does not include:

• Flights, transfers, or other travel arrangements to and from Norway. The winner and their guest are solely responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their travel to Norway to board the ship at the departure point in Kirkenes. The winner and their guest must ensure they arrive in Norway in time for the scheduled departure date and time. Failure to arrive on time for the voyage will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Optional excursions, beverages (other than specified), insurance, or personal expenses.

Travel Restrictions and Conditions

• The prize is only valid on the Coastal Express Voyage – South (Kirkenes to Bergen).
• The winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over, and must travel on the same itinerary.
• Travel dates and cabin availability are subject to Hurtigruten’s discretion and availability.
• The winner and their guest are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas, travel insurance, vaccinations and complying with all health and safety regulations required by Hurtigruten and Norwegian authorities.

9.    The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date.  The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.

10.    The winner will be notified within 15 days of the close of the promotion by email. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 28 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.

11.    There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable.  Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.  The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.

12.    The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an SAE to Cruise Collective, Our Media Limited, Eagle House, Bristol BS1 4ST within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winner the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared. 

13.    The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

14.    The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries. 

15.    The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.

16.    The promotion is subject to the laws of England.
