1. The Promoter is Our Media Limited (company number 05715415) a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered address is at Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
2. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
3. The promotion opens at 12:00 on 26 January 2026 and the closing date for entries is 23:59 on 30th April 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
4. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
a. to be bound by these terms and conditions; and
b. that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
5. Entrants should enter by correctly answering the multiple-choice question via the competition hosted on the Cruise Collective Website (https://www.cruise-collective.com/). Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
6. Entrants must supply to Our Media Limited their name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Our Media Privacy Policy (https://policies.ourmedia.co.uk/privacy-policy/). These details are being collected and used by the Promoter, not by Facebook or Instagram.
If entrants choose to opt-in to receive marketing from Ambassador Cruise Holidays Limited the Promoter will share the entrant’s name and email address with the prize provider for that purpose. The prize provider will process that data in accordance with its privacy policy: https://www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/information/privacy-and-cookie-policy/. Opting in to receive marketing from Ambassador Cruise Holidays Limited is optional and is not a condition of entry.
7. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.

The prize has a retail value of £458 (being £229 per person) Prize value correct as at January 2026.
The cruise departs from and returns to the London Cruise Terminal at Tilbury on 7th December 2026 to 9th December 2026. The winner will be contacted by email by Ambassador Cruise Line to arrange the prize. The booking deadline for this prize is 30 September 2026. Ambassador Cruise Holidays Limited’s normal booking conditions apply (https://www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/information/terms-conditions/).
The prize is non-refundable. Any requested amendments to the prize will be at Ambassador’s discretion and subject to availability and operational constraints. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any requested amendments will be possible.
As part of the prize fulfilment, the winner will be provided with a voucher or booking code to enable the winner to book the prize directly with the prize provider, subject to the prize provider’s booking terms and conditions.

All travellers must be aged 18 years or over at the time of sailing, hold a valid passport, have appropriate travel insurance and comply with all travel requirements as stated on the Ambassador Cruise Holidays Limited website and any relevant government advice at the time of travel.
10. The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.
11. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the close of the promotion by email from Our Media. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 28 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
12. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prize must be taken as stated in clause 8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
13. The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an SAE to Cruise Collective at Our Media, Eagle House, Bristol BS1 4ST within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winner the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
15. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
16. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
17. By entering this promotion you agree to release Facebook or Instagram of any liability howsoever caused in respect of this promotion.
